The Local Pro

PSE Inc. (LLC) is an asphalt paving and concrete company that’s been serving the local Pittsburgh region for over 30 years. Born on a mountaintop in western PA, our founder and CEO Philip Saar has been digging in the dirt since before he could walk. From commercial to industrial we’ve done it all.
